5 simple TIPS to settle problems

People keep saying that to live in a family without having problems is like eat meal without taste. So it becomes ordinary matter when husband and wife gets quarrel every time they want to settle thing. The question is "Do you want to have that kind of situation every time your family having problems?", we'll guess, your answer is "NO!" and you will speak to your mind that i won't let it come to my family life and i don't want to ruin my great relationship with my husband.

As a woman to be talkative is an ordinary thing, right? ;> and sometimes cannot control what we're saying. Suddenly the troubles come because we cannot control our tongue. Don't let your mind get in to it deeply. You have to pull out yourself to surface, and begin to think solutions. Lock your tongue and let your mind work. Place yourself as if you are in neutral position.

As an conclusion, what would you do if problems comes in to your relationship?
1. Keep silent and try to listen,
2. Don't let emotion/anger rules upon your life (that moment),
3. Don't drown in your anger/sadness/unhappiness/other bad feelings, because of the problems,
4. Start to calm and think the solution. You have to think win-win-solution.
5. Act!

"Win-win-solution?""What if he/they who make mistake? They don't deserve to win!" Win-win-solution means that, the answer to the problems has to be an advantages to both side. Even they/he/others mistake, it isn't mean that they aren't deserve the winning. For example your boyfriend is cheating about your relationship. When you know it he repent. As the win-win-solution, we can forgive him but with condition if he cheat on you again, it's over.
The example seems easy to do, but in reality you've got guts to do it. IMPORTANT! Don't let your anger/emotion/feeling become the first thing you aware of.
